What initially attracted me to Pontchartrain Hall was the advertised sense of community. Even though this might sound like a cliché, here at Pontchartrain Hall, it’s very true. The diversity of the dorms is amazing. The programs planned help one interact with the rest of the people at the dorms. The people I have met here are friendly and also want that sense of community. For me, Pontchartrain Hall has provided an environment that has helped me study and promote my involvement with other cultures. As soon as I came I felt welcomed to this new life style! It’s like having a home away from home, with an even larger family. Pontchartrain Hall is a great place to live not only because of the friendly and helpful staff, but the location can't be beat. It is within walking distance from all major landmarks on campus. Everything you need is a walk away. I wouldn’t recommend any other place to live at!
